Johnny broke the relationship with her before he entered the reality show, Free Agents. Later she was informed that Johnny had started to have a relationship with another reality star.
This hurt her pretty deeply as Johnny never apologized or gave any conclusion to their relationship.
Later both of them appeared on The Challenge: Battle of the Exes II.
The pairing in the show gave them the closure they needed for their relationship. And it was done easily for him, and had no problem working with her.
