In a mass shooting on the premises of Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa on Wednesday, two health care workers, a medical officer staffer, and a patient getting medical assistance were slain.

After being discharged from the hospital on May 24 following his operation, Franklin said Louis’ wife verified to detectives that he resented Phillips for his persistent pain difficulties.
Investigators believe Louis bought an AR-15-style gun from a nearby vendor on the day of the shooting, according to reports. On May 29, Louis bought the.40 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver used in the shootings from a pawn shop in the vicinity.

William Love was a patient seeking medical care who was ultimately killed in a tragic incident during a mass shooting.
According to KOKI-TV, Tulsa Police Capt. Richard Meulenberg stated the shooting happened inside the Natalie Medical Building.
It comes only eight days after a shooter opened fire at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, killing 19 children and two instructors, and just over two weeks after a gunman opened fire at a supermarket in Buffalo, New York, killing ten people.

Doctor In The Hospital Mass Shooting: Was It Planned?
According to Chief Wendell Franklin, authorities discovered a note on the guy who killed four people before killing himself at a Tulsa medical office building on Wednesday, indicating that the incident was planned.
Following back surgery on May 19, Louis criticized the doctor for his continued agony, according to Franklin. Following his post-surgery discharge on May 24, he contacted the medical office many times to complain about discomfort and request follow-up care.
Just after 4:50 p.m., authorities received a 911 call about the gunshot from someone who was on a video conversation with a doctor at the facility, according to Franklin.
Additionally, Franklin said cops heard what they thought was the self-inflicted gunshot that killed Louis shortly after officers arrived.
